All before Grandma got home! lol

Ok, so after summer school, I was walking home with my friend. She had a lot of stuff, so I was helping her carry it. On the way there, we ran into my dad... who decided to follow us... AND eavesdrop on our conversation. Because of this, I wasn't paying much attention to where we were going, because I was trying to ignore my dad... who was just like... right there!
But yeah, anyway, when we got to her house, we found a dog who looked like it could've died from the heat soon, so we took it inside and gave it water, then called the phone number on its collar... The owners dad answered, gave us his daughters phone number, we left her a message, and after a few annoying phone calls, someone came to pick up the dog.
After a while, it was getting late, so I left to go home... But like I said, in my attempt to ignore my dad, I wasn't paying much attention to where I was going. So, I got lost. Very, VERY lost. After wondering around in the woods(there were trails though) I just decided to screw that shit, and go to the road, so I could find out where I was. I was about halfway down a street, on the other side of the street I live on. I'm not talking neighborhood streets either, I mean LONG driving streets. I wanted to punch myself to say the least.
I left my friedns house at 3, and it was almost 4:30 when I got home.
On my way home, I noticed that she only lives 2 fucking streets over from me. If I hadn't decided to take the "short way", I would've been at my house in less than 5 minutes. On top of that, it was about 100 degrees. T_T
My terrible sense of direction REALLY outdid itself this time. lol But seriously though...


All of this happened before my friends grandma got home, because she would've gotten really mad.
It was funny in a very unfunny way.
